On-Site Callouts

We currently provide on-site callouts to the Gold Coast, Tweed and Brisbane region, and can deliver the following services:

• New System Installation and Tuition
• Repair and Service of Existing Systems
• Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of Hardware/Software Issues
• Configuration of Software and Implementation of Email/Data Services
• Printer Integration and Networking
• Pickup/Dropoff Services for Advanced Workshop Repairs

With our experienced technicians we can provide assistance with almost anything IT related, even with software we have not been trained in we have the capacity to learn your configuration, figure out what is causing the problem, or what can be improved. We also strive to maintain our customer database so that the next time you have an issue, we can get you back up and running as fast as possible.

We also provide remote-support! If you want to get help with your PC but don’t want to wait for an callout, you can call us and schedule a remote support session where we can assist you with software problems over the internet. We provide a discounted rate of $100/HR for remote support, meaning you can get faster service at a cheaper price for anything that doesn’t need a physical presence at your location.

Our hourly rate is $150/HR for a callout anywhere on the Gold Coast, when travelling to Tweed Heads/Brisbane an additional fee of $95 for Travel Time is added for extended range visits.

For extended duration callouts where you may need a technician for over 2 hours, special rates can be offered on request.

A System Pickup/Dropoff service is covered under our System Diagnosis fee of $150, if your computer requires work off-site for a longer period of time, we only charge our standard callout fee plus the cost of any replacement parts required.
